Do you host websites as well as design them?
Yes. We've been hosting websites since our inception in 2002 and have an amazing track record for dependability. V3's principals have been involved in hosting and server development since 1993.
What does it cost for a website?
There isn't a more frequently asked question of any professional web design company. There are so many variables to establishing the answer this question and we offer a very wide-range of services. Every client's needs will be different and the process will change with those needs. Please fill out our request for quote form and we'll be able to get you a very close estimate of the costs for your particular project. Can we update our own website?
Many clients will look after the ongoing upkeep, updates and maintenance of their own websites. Many more will start with that intention but quickly realize they just don't have the time or skillset to maintain the image they want on their site. For those who do want to maintain their own site, we developed the Makor CMS. For others, you can request updates from us à la carte or purchase a management contract. Updates to your website are typically completed on the same business day that they are requested.
Will you provide a contract for our website?
Absolutely. Upon establishing the overall scope and requirements for your website, we will send you a contract specific to your project. This is done to ensure that both parties are aware of the fees for the project and the scope of the work to be done.
How do I know you're not a fly-by-night company?
If you have a look at corporate biography, you will see that we've been around a long time. As a matter of fact, Jamie Penner, the owner of V3, is one of the local industry pioneers. We do everything we can to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the product we deliver and the service we provide. In this business, if you aren't any good, you're not going to be around long and we've got more experience than anyone in our area.
